My name is Christi Trevino and I teach Geometry and PAP Geometry.  This is my 26th year teaching and my 14th year here at Elkhart ISD.  I absolutely LOVE Sudoku puzzles and any kind of math!  I've been married to my husband, Rick, for 30 years and we have one daughter, Annalisa, who plans to be an attorney and is a Junior at UT Tyler.  

 

I've known that I wanted to be a teacher since I was eight years old.  I graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1990 and then taught 6th grade for five years.  I took a short break from teaching kids to work for a health insurance company where I taught adults.  It was very different in the corporate world and eventually, I really missed the kids.  So after five years of teaching adults, I went back to teaching kids and I've never looked back.
