My name is Christi Trevino and I teach Geometry and PAP Geometry. This is my 27th year teaching and my 15th year here at Elkhart ISD. I absolutely LOVE Sudoku puzzles and any kind of math! I've been married to my husband, Rick, for 31 years. We have one daughter, Annalisa, who is a Senior at UT Tyler and then she's off to law school to become an attorney. She is also getting married this fall!
I've known that I wanted to be a teacher since I was eight years old. I graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1990 and then taught 6th grade for five years. I took a short break from teaching kids to work for a health insurance company where I taught adults. It was very different in the corporate world and eventually, I really missed the kids. So after five years of teaching adults, I went back to teaching kids and I've never looked back.
