Parents, Family, and Friends,

Due to the unpredictable weather conditions and potential field conditions, we have made the decision to relocate the graduation ceremony to the Elkhart High School gymnasium. We want to assure you that all conditions were carefully considered in order to make the best decision for our students while still allowing the ceremony to take place on time.

Students will be provided twelve tickets to allow as many family members as possible to attend and celebrate this special occasion. We also encourage families to carpool if possible due to limited parking availability. Additional parking will be available at Family of Faith Church.

All guests will need to have their ticket in hand and enter through the front doors of the gymnasium.  Gym doors will open at 6:30 p.m. 

We are working on live streaming to the cafeteria and facebook.  

After the conclusion of the ceremony and the graduates have exited the gym, there will be a final fireworks celebration outside.

After the setup was complete and we have a total count of seating, students will be issued 17 tickets each. I kindly ask that if you do not need all 17 please return them to us so we can distrubute tickets to those that do need them. I also ask that we share them amongst the 65 graduates in order to get as many family members here for the ceremony. These tickets are free and the ceremony is free so please do not sell them to others.
