I am Joe Willis and this is my first year as a Paraprofessional at the High School. Prior to coming to Elkhart, I retired after 45 years in Law Enforcement. I served with the Houston Police Dept., Chief of Police in Grapeland, investigator with the Anderson County Sheriff's Dept., and the Anderson County District Attorney's Office. In 2008, I was named as Investigator of the year with the Texas District and County Attorney's Association.
I have been married for 45 years to Adele Willis who is an educator at the Elkhart High School. We have three children and four grandchildren. I am excited to be building relationships with the students and watching their progression during the upcoming year.
